What to do in an emergency

If you or someone else needs urgent help after taking drugs or drinking alcohol, call 999 for an ambulance. Tell the crew everything you know. It could save a life.

We would also encourage you, particularly, if you are feeling like you may harm yourself, to reach out to someone you trust, your GP (or another health/social care professional), or if you feel you are at immediate risk, call 999.
